What you get
Converted right on the page
The card sits on the recipe page you are cooking from. The steps show the new times and temperatures written in, and "As written" brings back the original words.
A range, not a guess
Times come from our table of 76 foods and a general rule for everything else, as a range with a "start checking at" point. Meat, poultry and fish show the safe inside temperature.
Fan ovens and gas marks
Recipes written for a fan oven or a gas mark are read correctly, and the fan offset is applied only once.
Slow cooker and pressure cooker
The same recipe for Low and High in a slow cooker, minutes at pressure with the release method, or a multicooker program. Dishes that can't be cooked safely that way get a clear no with the reason.

Your recipes stay in your browser
The extension reads the recipe only on the tab where you click its button, or on recipe pages if you turn on the automatic button. It converts it on your device and sends nothing to us: no account, no analytics, no ads.
Recipe photos in My recipes load from the recipe website when you are online. Send to phone puts the recipe inside the link itself, after the # sign, which browsers never send to a server.
Questions and answers
How do I convert oven time to air fryer time?
As a rule of thumb, cook about 20% shorter and 15 °C (25 °F) cooler, and check early. The card uses its food table first and gives a range for your dish.
Which recipe pages work?
Pages that publish structured recipe data (schema.org), as most large cooking sites do. On other pages, type the oven temperature and time into the quick converter in the popup.
Are the converted times exact?
No. Air fryers differ in size and power, so the card gives a range. Check doneness and use a food thermometer for meat, poultry and fish.
Can it show the button by itself on recipe pages?
Yes, if you turn on the automatic button in the settings. Chrome asks once for permission to look at the pages you open; without it, the card opens when you click the toolbar button.
Which languages does it speak?
The interface is in 15 languages, including English, German, French, Spanish, Japanese and Korean. It reads recipes in English, German, Russian and, for the basics, French, Spanish and Italian.
Is it free?
Yes. Every feature is free and works without an account.
